EMMANUEL!

We are still praising the Lord for Bo and 3 young men who were baptised in May while our team was here from Texas.  This came after months of discipleship.  A common practice in this country is for people to choose a Christian name to go by from the time they identify with the Body of Christ at baptism.  When the 4 guys started considering names, Bo said he wanted a name of Jesus!  I, Becky, will always call him "my Bo," but we now refer to him as Emmanuel!  How appropriate!  God has certainly been with us as He brought this precious boy into our lives! 

Fingernails!

I just loved watching our team paint the fingernails of our "special" girls at Hosetta School and Margaret's orphans! 

Laughing Cow Cheese...again?????

The teams are real troopers when it comes to lunch options.  Peanut Butter & jelly, Laughing Cow Cheese and tuna get old after a few days.  But of course, POWER BARS come in handy!!  The guys and gals work and eat in shifts.   

Mixing cement!

So proud of our team members!  Mixing cement by hand and breaking up solid rock is not easy, but we never heard a single complaint!!!  What a blessing!! 

May Team Gals Are Da' Bomb!

Eight women on our May team worked in shifts busting through solid rock with pick axes.  The area is being prepared for a foundation for a tower that will hold a water tank at Hosetta School for Children with Mental Challenges!  Way to go girls!!!
